Thermal Performance
Our cool room panels provide exceptional thermal performance to easily maintain consistent temperatures. They feature:
- An expanded polystyrene insulating core and,
- Galvanised steel outer panels
Carbon Footprint Reduction
The EPS insulated core in our coolroom panels allows us to reduce our carbon footprint. This type of insulation can return up to 200 times the amount of energy required to produce. Plus, it can reduce emissions by up to 100 times the volume produced during the manufacturing process.
Advanced Sealing Technology
Thanks to our sandwich panel construction methods, these offer efficient sealing, which means any coolroom made using these panels will require much less energy to maintain the required temperatures.
Sustainable Manufacturing
As part of our commitment to our environmental values, we ensure sustainable manufacturing practices by:
- Using no fluorocarbons (CFCs or HCFCs)
- Using only COLORBOND Intramax steel skins made by BlueScope Steel.
Additionally, our EPS cores are reusable and totally recyclable.

Recycling & End-of-Life Solutions
In an effort to totally reduce waste, all of our coolroom panels are 100% recyclable. This means that:
- Coolrooms made from these panels can easily be disassembled and reconstructed elsewhere.
- As the panels are sandwiched together using rivets and adhesives, these can all be removed and the panel components reused for other applications.
On top of that, we actively recycle the EPS inside the panels and convert it into other products such as synthetic timber, stationery goods, plant pots and coat hangers.

- Cleaning the panels to remove dust, dirt and debris
- Avoiding the use of abrasive cleaning materials
